Bitumen operations, thermal processing plants, and heavy industrial processes produce VOC, PAH, and H₂S-laden off-gas that regulators are tightening on. We treat it — no fuel, near-zero emissions.
Depending on the problem, we deploy the gas oxidation and treatment stage standalone — or as the second stage of a complete two-stage treatment line. The technology is described by what it does, not by a product name. We will explain the right configuration for your specific situation when we talk.
Several gas treatment units are currently deployed and operational across European industrial sites. Serious prospects can arrange a site visit to inspect working installations. No presentations. Real hardware.
Installation references are not published by default — client confidentiality is respected. Contact us to discuss what we can show you based on your specific process context.
The anonymous route gets you a technical fit assessment without disclosing who you are. The named route gets you a direct conversation with an engineer. Both start with the same questions.
OXIAN is a new industrial environmental technology company. We are not a startup with a concept — we have deployed gas treatment systems in real industrial operations across Europe, and those units are running today.
Our focus is narrow by design. Bitumen and asphalt off-gas treatment is where our technical record is strongest and where regulatory pressure is creating urgent commercial need. We also address thermal process off-gas and selected industrial VOC situations where our system fits well.
We work directly with technical managers and environmental engineers — not procurement departments. Our engagement process starts with an honest technical assessment of whether we can actually help. If we cannot, we will tell you that at the start.
The technology we deploy is described by what it does. We will explain the right configuration for your specific situation when we talk — not before.
Our gas treatment process is based on controlled high-temperature oxidation — a proven chemical reaction in which harmful organic compounds react with oxygen and are permanently converted into CO₂, water vapour, and heat. The three conditions required are fuel, oxygen, and sufficient temperature. All three are consistently achieved across every system OXIAN has deployed and operated.
